Since the registration of Scentsy Workstation is performed by HR, you will have to handle your account on your own from now on. Password sharing is strictly prohibited. After registering at Scentsy Workstation, you will receive a system-generated password in your registered email address.
In the event you are unable to remember your password, your first step should be to troubleshoot yourself. Resetting your account password is as simple as following these steps:
- Visit workstation.scentsy.com in your browser
- You can reset your password by clicking the link below the password field.
- Please enter your registered email address.
- You will find your email inbox there. An email will be sent to you with a link.
- Go to the link. On the next page, you will see the password recovery form. Follow the instructions there to verify your account.
- After successfully completing the verification process, you will need to set up your new password. Your password must include at least one letter, symbol, and number. Click the Submit button.
- Go back to the login page. Use your new password to log in.
Additionally, you can reset the password for the Scentsy Pay Portal. If you forgot your password, you could reset it by following these steps.
- Click Forgot Your Password? on the Pay Portal login page.
- Please enter the email address registered on your Pay Portal.
- This email address will receive a password reset notification. Simply click the Reset Password link. This will take you to a page where you can enter and confirm your new password.
- Verifying your identity may require you to complete an additional authentication step. Follow the on-screen instructions if you are prompted to choose an option.
- A unique password must be entered and confirmed.
- Upon successfully resetting your password, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Log in to the Pay Portal using your new password by clicking Return to Login Page.
